<div><span style="color:#073763">The Baldwin County Board of Education is comprised of five members elected by the people. They serve four-year terms and are elected by<br />
districts on a staggered basis. Annually, Board members&nbsp;elect their Chair and Vice-Chair.&nbsp; Currently serving as Chair is Dr. Gloria Wicker and<br />
Vice-Chair,&nbsp;<span style="text-align:center">Ms. Shannon D. Hill.&nbsp;</span><br />

<span style="text-align:center">The Baldwin C</span><span style="text-align:center">ounty Board of Education sets district policy&nbsp;and appoints a superintendent who in turn selects administrators to head the<br />
system&rsquo;s division and carry out the Board&rsquo;s policies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br />
