Welcome to GAMUT.  This site is used by the Board of Education to organize, manage, and align critical information for the district, including board policies and board meetings.  We invite all of our community as educational partners to access this site to better understand the work that is happening in our district and we welcome your input and dialog to help us best serve our students.
As meetings become published within Brown Act guidelines-at least 72 hours prior to a Regular Meeting and at least 24 hours prior to a Special Meeting, they will become accessible to the public and remain archived. Regular Board Meetings of the Nevada City School District Board of Trustees are typically held beginning with Open Public Session business at 5:00 p.m. (unless otherwise stated on the Agenda) followed by Closed Session immediately following the open session (unless otherwise stated on the Agenda) on the second Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted).  

Nevada City School District Board Meetings are held simultaneously in person and on Zoom. The public can participate in Board Meetings and provide public comments in person or virtually via Zoom at the District Office Boardroom, located at 800 Hoover Lane, Nevada City, CA 95959. Each agenda has an embedded link to log in to the meeting.

Meeting agendas are typically published/posted the Friday prior to a Tuesday meeting.   Regular Board Meetings on the third Tuesday of the month are noted with an asterisk. (*)
