Performance Data

As we receive data related to our performance targets each year, that information is entered into the plan and becomes part of the ongoing balanced scorecard.  The 2019-2020 plan data will be uploaded each year as we monitor our progress and plan for continuous improvement.  

To see past performance data, please navigate to our previous strategic plans, available on eBoard.  In addition, you can navigate to the state of Georgia's College and Career Reading Performance Index (CCRPI) for the district and each school by visiting http://www.gadoe.org/CCRPI/Pages/default.aspx.  These CCRPI reports also include each school's Climate Star Rating.  For additional performance information, you can review the Governor's Office of Student Achievement Report Cards for each school at https://gosa.georgia.gov/report-card.  

As we review our strategic plan and performance targets each year, we engage in a comprehensive data review and needs assessment.  We identify targets for the coming year based on performance from the previous year, as well as state targets.  

Financial Data

One of our strategic goals is to operate efficiently and efficiently manage resources.  to that end, we do include financial performance targets in our balanced scorecard each year.  We monitor the fund reserve, the proportion of budget that goes directly to supporting teaching and learning in classrooms, and the number of audit findings.  You can view this information under the Goal 3 performance targets for any plan year.

Monthly financial reports are given to the board of education in a public meeting each month, and the yearly operating budget is typically approved in June of each year, also at a public board of education meeting.  During the budget process each spring, stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and community, are invited to submit needs/requests as part of the budget process.  All of these requests are reviewed.

The district Strategic Planning Committee is assembled every spring to review progress and provide input on the system's strategic plan.  This Strategic Planning Committee is comprised of a cross-section of stakeholders, including leaders, teachers, governance team members, community members, and parents.  Further stakeholder input is gathered annually through governance team meetings, parent meetings, and stakeholder surveys.

The district Strategic Planning Committee is assembled every spring to review progress and provide input on the system's strategic plan.  This Strategic Planning Committee is comprised of a cross-section of stakeholders, including leaders, teachers, governance team members, community members, and parents.  Further stakeholder input is gathered annually through governance team meetings, parent meetings, and stakeholder surveys.&PM_Finance=

One of our strategic goals is to operate efficiently and efficiently manage resources.  to that end, we do include financial performance targets in our balanced scorecard each year.  We monitor the fund reserve, the proportion of budget that goes directly to supporting teaching and learning in classrooms, and the number of audit findings.  You can view this information under the Goal 3 performance targets for any plan year.

Monthly financial reports are given to the board of education in a public meeting each month, and the yearly operating budget is typically approved in June of each year, also at a public board of education meeting.  During the budget process each spring, stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and community, are invited to submit needs/requests as part of the budget process.  All of these requests are reviewed.

As we receive data related to our performance targets each year, that information is entered into the plan and becomes part of the ongoing balanced scorecard.  The 2019-2020 plan data will be uploaded each year as we monitor our progress and plan for continuous improvement.

As we review our strategic plan and performance targets each year, we engage in a comprehensive data review and needs assessment.  We identify targets for the coming year based on performance from the previous year, as well as state targets.
