The MCBOE provides guidance and support to the MCS administration and schools by establishing clear policies, aligned goals, and effective systems which produce accountability.

End of Pathway Assessments for Fall Results presented; not as many students take after first semester.
1st College & Career Fair Held 12/12/2026 - 45 Vendors; No one from the community attended the second half, but this is not unusual.
The Spring Advisory Meeting was held on 1/6/2026 during workday — good turn out. We will continue having Spring meeting during this time.

For the high school students, there us a full academic catalog that explains all of the pathways on the school website.

Performance on CTAE indicators are excellent. Mrs. Rackley shared overall graduation rates and End of Course test results in subject-specific graduation rates. Huge gains were evident. Post- CTAE Program placement is 99%. Non-traditional Program Concentration is an area that needs to be developed. Pathway completion dipped a little. She is working with the counselors to find ways to monitor students within the pathways for completion. Credentials of Value performance went up from 56% to 68%.

Vacancy on MCCCA board. Joyce White's position is now vacant. Mrs. Rackley is talking with some community representatives to take the place of Joyce. May consider renaming the position in honor of the business/institution. This is not something to vote on today, this was just for discussion and future consideration.
