Welcome to GAMUT. This site is used by the Board of Education to organize, manage, and align critical information for the district including board policies and board meetings.  We invite all of our community stakeholders to access this site to better understand the work that is happening in our district. We welcome your input and dialogue to help us best serve our students and learning community.

Public Comments:
The public is welcome to communicate with the Board of Trustees by speaking at the board meeting in person, submitting comments by emailing board@saratogausd.org or mailing to SUSD Board of Trustees, 20460 Forrest Hills Drive, Saratoga CA 95070.

In-person meeting attendees who wish to address the board may provide public comment via the instructions posted to the meeting agenda. While not required, we would appreciate it if you would identify yourself with your name and affiliation with SUSD when addressing the Board.  The public is given the opportunity to make community comments:
  • on items on the Closed Session Agenda prior to the start of Closed Session
  • on items not already on the agenda during Communication: Comments from the Community
  • on items on the Open Session Agenda during each agenda item
Comments that are emailed or mailed to the board are read by every board member. Emailed and mailed comments are not read aloud during the meeting and are not included in the meeting minutes. 

Accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities:
